VTC Student Environmental Ambassador Programme 2026/27 is now open for applications!
This year's programme is themed "Green Living in Harmony with Nature". Through a series of training sessions and experiential activities, students will gain a deeper understanding of biodiversity and the natural environment, explore the importance of environmental resources and sustainable ecosystems, and learn how to incorporate environmental protection into their daily lives.
The programme aims to nurture a new generation of green leaders with strong environmental awareness, leadership and problem-solving skills, and a sense of social responsibility. Students are encouraged to take an active role in promoting sustainability on campus and in the community, and to work together in advancing a low-carbon campus culture.
Participants will have the opportunity to join a variety of activities, including thematic workshops, environmental field visits, community engagement and service-learning activities, as well as hands-on experiences related to campus carbon reduction initiatives. These activities will enhance their understanding of climate change, environmental protection, nature conservation, and sustainable lifestyles, while empowering them to contribute to a more sustainable future through meaningful action.
